Pisces North Node – The Idealistic Wanderer
In astrology, your life purpose is encoded in the north node and south node of the moon. Unlike the other aspects of your birth chart, the nodes are not celestial bodies, but points where the moon’s orbit and the plane of the ecliptic converge during the time you were born. They are mathematical knots in space that, together, tell the story of your soul’s journey through this, and past lives.
The North Node illuminates the path that’s calling your name in this life. North Node activities require you to stretch out of your comfort zone, activating your life’s mission. The sooner you align yourself with this path, the more purpose-driven your life will become.
The South Node reveals the gifts that you bring into this lifetime, also, the things you’re here to release. You will be innately good in these areas of life and their pull can be very strong. However, the South Node is a case of been there done that, and while it may feel natural and comfortable, it’s not why you’re here in this life. The key is to use your South Node as a springboard into your North Node destiny
To best fulfill your Pisces Destiny, embrace creative freedom, artistic abilities, being the healer, imagination, intuition, developing and trusting your psychic abilities, faith in the universe, allowing support and divine guidance from the universe or a higher power, surrender, processing your emotions without alcohol/substances or other escapes, recovery from addiction, using your words to make people think.

A deeper look at Pisces North Node
Your North Node in astrology expresses your soul destiny. It shows you your purpose here and, when combined with the South Node, shows you what you need to move towards and away from in this lifetime.
A Pisces North Node means you have a Virgo South Node. Pisces is ruled by dreamy Neptune and governs the creative right brain, while Virgo is ruled by clever Mercury and is associated with the analytical left brain. People with Virgo and Pisces lunar nodes are constantly balancing fact versus fantasy, intuition versus logic.
They have spent a ton of time thinking about the details, analyzing, overthinking, and making sure everything is in order and under control. Now, your compass is guiding you towards a more spiritually fulfilling life. Learning to trust that when you give over your sense of control, there can be positive outcomes.
With a Pisces north node, you may find that life situations push you out of your orderly and planned out life and into the chaos and the unknown. It is time to release your inner cynic and your inner critic! They may be your default, but they are not serving you moving forward in the life you are meant to live. Embracing your abilities to heal yourself and others through your art is a healthy way to escape that brings a sense of fulfillment to your life.
Things to release with a Pisces North Node are perfectionism, being the helper, analysis paralysis, escaping stress through vices and addictions (self-medicating), worry and anxiety, doing things the hard way or by yourself, controlling, micromanaging, skepticism, dismissal of your intuition or divine guidance, cattiness, verbal daggers/skewering people with your words, gossip
A deeper look at Virgo South Node
South Node in Virgo, holds the emotional memories from your childhood and from the forgotten “emotional memories” of past lives.
This is one of the more difficult south node placements, just because these people really can’t ever rest. There’s always the Sword of Perfection hanging over these peoples’ heads. There is that never-ending quest for complete order in every part of their lives and they live with the very great fear of making a mistake. The real issues here is that they can set their sights so high, that there’s no real possible way to meet them.
Add to that, while the mystical Pisces south node says, “believing is seeing”, the skeptical Virgo south node argues back, “seeing is believing.” There is a constant war going on within.
Part of your life journey will be to see that, recognize it, and find peace by releasing the Virgo parts of where you’ve already been.
In past lifetimes, you were super picky, even judgmental, and you bring this perspective with you into this incarnation. The longer you live, the more you will realize how rigid you have been and desire to release this aspect.
When you truly surrender to the knowing that there is a world beyond what you can sense, and begin following the information you receive from your higher guidance, you will transcend the limits that have kept you in a prison of your own making.
